Aff529 As A Pattern

There are no surprises, I am afraid, for guessing that this design is intended for wrapping paper or, alternatively, for the paper used to make gift bags and similar.

The motifs are modern in their creation although similar motifs did occur mid-century and the colouring used is from my extended mid-century range of colours although I have chosen those hues that have a modern look. There was no particular purpose to the design, I just felt that this could be used for any purpose although perhaps as a Christmas paper it does not exactly appeal.

It is possible to change the colouring although doing so does lose some of the impact and so, in all probability, this will just be a single colour pattern.

If you wish, you can also see larger versions of this and, of course, my other designs and patterns for interiors on my Flickr page, a link to which is here.
