Three Floor Standing Large Jars

One thing I am conscious of doing, or rather not doing, is to spend more time on 3-D creation of interior scenes rather than spending a lot of time in creating patterns.

Many people will know that I began my interest in making surface patterns by creating textures for 3-D interiors when I was unable to find them on the internet. Just lately, I seem to have been spending more time in creating patterns, something that I admit to being obsessed with, and less time in creating three-dimensional interiors.

Since this is not the job, it is a hobby, I can please myself what I do and I have decided to try and spend a little more times going back to where I started which is creating interiors. Obviously, textures plays an important part and I will still have to create a lot of new textures for wall-coverings and soft furnishings and the like although I am hoping to try and balance my interests are little more accurately.

I have spent the last few days going through my stock of elements and perhaps spending time making them look a little more realistic. But I have been making new elements also and these three floor standing storage jars will go into my stock and hopefully be used very shortly.

If you wish, you can also see larger versions of this and, of course, my other designs and patterns for interiors on my Flickr page, a link to which is here.
