Noughts And Crosses Wallpaper

aff181This is a wall in a modern room and this time I have designed a light and comfortable wall covering which is intended to look modern yet also bring in a touch of decoration. Rooms done this way always seem bright and inviting.

The pattern owes a lot to mid-century design and uses mid-century colours from the palette in use at the time. According to my notes the colours are just magnolia for the background and then poppy red, chocolate and marine blue for the motif.

If you wish then you can also see larger versions of this and, of course, my other designs and patterns for interiors on my Flickr page, a link to which is here.
