Wall Art 1960s Pattern Prints

The 1960s in the United Kingdom produced some outstanding design which went on to influence to some great extent future decades in all corners of the world.

I always felt that the patterns themselves would make good wall art since they are colourful, good to look at and have an emotive appeal reminiscent of the period.

Here, two of my 1960’s influenced patterns are shown as they would look as wall art shown side by side. I have deliberately not given too much idea of size since this can be a personal choice so the pictures could be small images or they could, perhaps, be larger. Both patterns are mid-century inspired and both use colours from the mid-century palette that was in use at the time.

If you would like to see larger versions of these designs and my other work then you can do so on my Flickr page, a link to which is here.
