Minerva Grey Curtains

Grey is a colour that has to be used with a certain amount of caution but when you get it right then it looks really good.

This pattern was designed and intended for a modern room even though it uses older pattern motifs that stem from mid-century UK and even further back. The colour is mid-century, too, and uses Minerva Grey which is around a 30% grey.

It’s a simple but appealing pattern and one that can look good anywhere and in a variety of roles. Here it is used to make the curtains for a main window where it is modern and visible but without being too much of a focus.

As ever, you can also see larger versions of this and my other work on my Flickr page which is here.
