Leaves In The Mid-Century Living Room

Having spent some time updating the materials in the mid-century living room I decided to create a simple wallpaper.

These leaves are about as simple as you can get and really show off the dimensions of the room and help to show the new material textures that I have created. To be fair the design owes perhaps more to modern ideas of minimalism than it does to the type of patterns prevalent mid-century but I thought that this trade-off was perhaps worthwhile in the circumstances.

The pattern was created in Xara Designer while the image was produced, as was the room, in Cinema 4D.

You can also see larger versions of this and our other work on our Flickr page which is here.
