OK, this is a bit of fun, and shows a scene from the future using a simple pattern that could have come from the middle of the 20th century.

Will future clothing look like it’s made of plastic, dull, uninspiring and shiny, or will people still want a pattern to brighten up the look? My guess is, as happened with the Modernist movements in the middle of the twentieth century, people will opt for a choice of patterning on their clothing.

This takes that concept and uses a simple all-over pattern to dress up an otherwise shiny and uninspiring future one-piece suit. The model is from Daz and came ready dressed, she is a Genesis 2 figure I think. The design was made in Xara Designer and the render was in Daz. (A note just for me, the lighting uses a red specular light.)
